How to Assign Speakers to a Video
When uploading a new video — see How to Add a Video — follow these steps:
1. In the Speaker field, choose the relevant speaker(s) from the dropdown list
2. Don’t see who you’re looking for? You can quickly add a new speaker:
Click Add New Speaker
Fill in their Name
Optionally add a Photo and Title (e.g., CEO, Guest Speaker, Host)
Save — and the speaker is now available for all future videos.
