What’s included in this update
This update adds new event approval and cancellation features, improvements to custom pages and navigation, and a few fixes across the platform.
🌐 New Features
🎫 Ticket Approval for Events (V1)
Admins can now require approval for specific event tickets before attendees are confirmed for the event.
Approval is managed at the ticket level, allowing events to have a mix of approval-required and regular tickets.
When a ticket requiring approval is selected:
The attendee is placed into a Pending Approval state
Payment is held until the request is approved or declined
Admins can approve or decline requests directly from the Attendees table
The Attendees table now includes approval statuses and approval actions. Members also receive automatic email updates for pending, approved, and declined requests.
❌ Event Order Cancellation (Web)
Members can now cancel their own event orders directly from the web app without needing help from the admin team.
This first version is currently available on the web only. Mobile version is coming too.
⚙️ Improvements
🧩 Custom Pages & Menu Management
Custom Pages and navigation settings now have more flexibility.
Admins can now:
Duplicate custom pages
Add custom icons to pages
Reorder pages in the app navigation
Control who can see certain pages
The Menu Items table was also updated with:
Search and filters
New columns
Drag-and-drop ordering

Includes multiple minor bug fixes and performance improvements across the platform to improve stability and overall experience.
