🌐 New Features
👥 Guest to Member Conversion (CSV)
Admins can now convert guest users into members through CSV import, removing the need for manual intervention when onboarding event guests as paying members.
📊 Event Dashboard [Admin]
A new dedicated space to understand how the event is performing, without digging through multiple pages. It includes event insights cards, analytics per period, registrations list, sales breakdown, and a lot of important data for event management.
See key metrics at a glance, including total revenue, attendees, and page views
Track performance over time with the Total Collected graph, showing how revenue grows
Filter insights by time period, like last 7, 30, or 90 days, to understand trends
View recent registrations, with quick access to the full attendee list
Break down sales clearly, including tickets sold, add-ons, refunds, and fees
See manual orders separately, so you can track offline or custom sales
Access key event info directly from the dashboard, including event status, preview, and share link
🎫 Ticket Creation Flow (Full Redesign) [Admin]
We’ve redesigned the ticketing experience to make it easier to create and manage event tickets.
New tickets table with sorting, filters, search, column visibility, and export
Summary cards added, showing tickets sold, cancelled tickets, and net sales
Drag and drop reordering, and quick actions like edit, duplicate, and delete
New and improved ticket creation and edit flow, with clearer structure and pre-filled data
Advanced settings added, including limits per order, discounts, application forms, and cancellation rules
Option to attach or create forms directly from the ticket modal
👤 Redesigned Members List [Admin]
The Audience Members list has been completely redesigned with more data and better visibility. The new list view includes billing information, improved detail views, and a cleaner layout to help admins manage their community more efficiently.
More data visible directly in the table, including billing and subscription details
Added sorting, pagination, and column visibility for better control and faster navigation
Quick row actions to manage members, including profile access, membership changes, and subscription actions
Redesigned Member Profile page with two tabs, Profile Info and Subscriptions Info
Edit member details, including custom fields, with unsaved changes detection
View subscription details, billing history, and manage subscriptions from the same screen
Reduced the need to switch between multiple pages by combining profile and subscription management into one view.
🗺️ Interactive Member Map [Admin & Member Side]
A brand-new interactive map to help members easily find and network with other members.
Members can add and update their address directly from their profile.
Admins get full map controls, including privacy masking, accuracy settings, marker clustering, and location search.
The map is mobile-optimized and scales to large communities with built-in API cost controls
🎥 Redesigned Videos Module [Admin]
The admin Videos module has been redesigned with new tools and improved visibility, making it easier to manage video content across the platform.

Videos UI Modernization: Migrated the Videos interface from MUI to ShadCN for a more consistent, modern look and feel.
CI/CD Pipeline: Migrated the build and deployment pipeline to GitHub Actions for both staging and pre-production environments, improving deployment reliability and speed.
TypeScript Support: Enabled TypeScript type-checking in the Documents service with CI/CD integration to prevent regressions.
Payment Handling: Improved payment intent status logic for declined cards, ensuring more accurate transaction reporting.
Notification Access Controls: Added access restriction fields to the notification system for more granular control over who sees what.
Improved unique visitors logic in Event Dashboard
Accurate Attendee Counts: Event dashboard now correctly counts the number of tickets sold rather than the number of orders, giving you a true headcount.
Unique Visitors Logic Updated: Event dashboard unique visitor tracking has been reviewed and corrected for more accurate reporting.
Improved handling of invalid subscription IDs in billing
Billing API Stability: Resolved 500 errors caused by invalid subscription ID handling in the billing API.
