Import via CSV
Use the CSV Template
Duplicate the template every time you add members.Fill in the mandatory fields
Email
First Name
Last Name
These fields are identical for all, so just paste the same values for everyone:
Subscription End: 11-18-2027
Tier Name: General
Subscription Type: Monthly
Save as CSV
Make sure to download it in the correct CSV format.
Import into the platform
Go to Admin → Audience
Click on Migrate User
Select the CSV file you want to upload
Click Open
Once uploaded, the platform will automatically create a Stripe account for each user and will ask you if you want to send a Welcome Email.
If you want to send the Welcome email, click on "Send"
