Whether you’re syncing from another platform or adding them manually, we've made it simple. There are four easy ways to add attendees to your event. Here’s how!

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to add attendees through each method:

1. Automatic Attendee Adding When They Buy a Ticket

The simplest way to add attendees is when they buy a ticket. Once they make a purchase, they’re automatically added to your event.

How it Works:

  • Attendees are added to your event list as soon as they complete their ticket purchase.

  • No need for manual entry – it's all done for you, automatically!

2. Add Attendees Manually through Single Add

Need to add someone one at a time? No problem! You can manually enter their details to add them to your event.

How to Do It:

  • Go to the Add Attendee section.

  • Enter the attendee’s name, email, and other required details.

  • Click Add – and that’s it!

3. Add Attendees Manually through Excel Import

Got a long list of attendees? Importing them from an Excel file is the way to go. You can add multiple attendees at once without entering them manually.

How to Do It:

  • Prepare your attendee list in an Excel file (make sure it’s in the right format).

  • Upload the file through the platform’s Import function.

  • The system will automatically add all the attendees listed in the file.

4. Add Existing Attendees

If someone already has access to your platform, you can easily add them to the event without needing to re-enter their details.

How to Do It:

  • Go to the Existing Members section.

  • Select the users who are already part of your community.

  • Add them to your event with just a click.

Wrapping It Up!

Now you know how to add attendees through four different methods.

Whether you’re syncing, adding manually, or importing from Excel, the process is quick and simple.

Get your event ready and start welcoming your attendees!
