Release Notes June 18, 2026

Written by Doina Chilat

What's included in this update

This release includes a full overhaul of search across the platform, a redesigned ticket selection page, and a large batch of bug fixes across events, orders, forms, and partners, webhooks, and check-in new features as a base for the next update regarding the simplified check-in module on mobile.

🌐 New Features

🎟️ A New Redesigned ticket selection page (Web & Mobile Browser)

The ticket selection page has been fully redesigned. A cleaner layout, more functional, and with richer ticket information to help members make faster purchase decisions.

Ticket pricing & discounts

Tickets now clearly display pricing and any active promotions:

  • Percentage-based discounts (e.g. 20% OFF) shown as a badge

  • Flat amount discounts shown as a badge

  • Discounted price displayed alongside the original crossed-out price

Urgency & availability indicators

Each ticket can now show multiple status badges and notes at once:

  • Time left to buy: a countdown badge showing how long the ticket (or its discount) is available. If a discount is active, the timer reflects when the discount expires

  • Low availability: a note showing the exact number of tickets remaining (e.g. "5 available") to signal scarcity

  • Sold out: tickets that are no longer available are clearly marked with a Sold Out badge and locked

  • Purchase limit logic: If a member can only purchase a limited number of tickets, once that limit is reached, all remaining ticket options are automatically greyed out, making it clear no additional tickets can be added.

General improvements

The overall design of the page has been refreshed with a cleaner layout that's easier to navigate and more visually consistent across ticket types.

🔗 Custom event URLs

You can now give your events a clean, readable URL instead of the auto-generated link.

  1. Open the Event Editor and go to the Event details tab

  2. Find the Slug field and type your preferred URL ending

  3. The full event URL previews instantly below as you type

  4. Hit Save. The system will alert you if the slug is already taken

Note: Available for new events now. Existing events will be editable next week.

Parts of the Bigger Update Next Week (Simplified Check-ins)

  • Check-ins are enabled by default for all events: No manual activation needed per event.

  • Webhooks for event check-ins (Phase 1): A new outbound webhook fires when an admin checks in or checks out an attendee at an event.

  • Webhooks for approval actions: Webhooks now fire when an admin approves or declines a ticket request. Form responses are included in the webhook payload.

⚙️ Improvements

🔍 Improved search across the platform

Search has been rebuilt and improved across the entire app. It now searches across multiple fields, not just titles, and ranks results by relevance.

Module

Fields searched

Events

Title, tags, category, description

Partners

Name, type, description, category

Videos

Title, description, tags, category

Documents

Title, description, tags

Results are ranked so that a title match scores higher than a tag or description match. Search is now case-insensitive.

Search has also been fixed in the Admin (attendees list, events list, members list, partners list, forms), and on the Members side (videos, partners, documents).

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Notifications

  • Audience rules failing to save: Notifications with audience rules (plans, tags, or combinations) were returning an error on save. Now fixed.

  • App News timezone not respected: App News items were showing as Completed before their configured end time. Timezone handling is now correct.

Forms

  • Duplicated form changes affecting original: Editing a duplicated form was modifying the original. Duplicates are now fully independent.

  • Forms showing incorrect response counts: Forms linked to tickets were showing random response counts instead of the actual number. Now displays correctly.

  • Form responses missing from the Forms module: Responses were visible in the Events module but not in the Forms module. Now consistent in both.

Partners

  • Category & badge selection broken: The partner category dropdown was highlighting multiple items at once and didn't support search. Now works correctly.

  • Partner editing options missing: The five editing links in the partner profile editor (Partner editor, External links, Posts, Related videos, Reviews) were missing across all environments. Now restored.

Events

  • Ticket confirmation email not sent after approval: Members weren't receiving the confirmation email with ticket details after an admin approved their request. Now sends correctly.

  • Event timezone not respected: The timezone set in admin didn't match what members saw in the app. Now consistent.

  • Live events showing as Completed: Live events were incorrectly marked as Completed in the admin dashboard. Status now reflects actual event time.

  • Back button not returning to search results: After opening an event from search, the back button wasn't returning to the results list. Now works correctly.

  • Restricted ticket reverting to 'All' on save: Restricted ticket access type was silently changing to "All" after the first save. Now saves and persists correctly.

  • Member-only event shared link showing empty page: Non-members opening a shared link to a member-only event saw an empty ticket section with no explanation. The page now shows a clear members-only message with a login prompt.

Orders & Cancellations

Multiple fixes and improvements for the Order Cancellation Flow we recently launched.
