Release Notes May 14, 2026

Written by Doina Chilat

What’s included in this update

This release includes a new calendar-related feature, improvements to event behavior, and several bug fixes across mobile and platform flows.

🌐 New Feature

🗓️ Automatic calendar sync after ticket purchase (email + event updates)

When a member purchases a ticket, the event is now automatically added to their calendar through the ticket confirmation email.

The calendar invitation is now properly formatted so it is correctly recognized by Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook.

Events also stay in sync automatically:

  • If you update the event date and time, the members’ calendar entries are updated automatically

  • If you cancel an event, it is removed or marked as cancelled in their calendar

This ensures members always have the latest version of your event in their calendar without any manual steps.

⚙️ Improvements

Change FC cancellation email

We've updated the cancellation email in the app from [email protected] to [email protected]

🎫 Public Event visibility logic

We refined how Public Events are displayed to better match event settings. Events now only appear as public when all required conditions are met.
