Removing someone from your community is a quick and seamless process.
Once a member is offboarded, they’ll immediately lose access to the platform.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to Admin → Members
Find the member you want to remove
Click the three dots next to their name
4. Select Cancel Subscription
Choose when you want the subscription to end:
Immediately
End of the current period
On a custom date
And choose the Refund type
That’s it. Their subscription will be canceled, and they’ll no longer be able to access the platform.
