The Partner module in GroupOS helps you feature businesses, sponsors, service providers, or affiliates directly in your community platform.

Whether you're offering exclusive perks, showcasing collaborations, or adding trusted resources, this is the space to do it.

Follow these steps to create a complete and well-designed partner profile:

Prepare Images

Before starting, get your partner's visuals ready. Having the right image sizes will make the profile look polished across all devices.

  • Logo (for light and dark backgrounds): 564 x 216 px on a transparent background
This ensures the logo looks clean and professional in any theme.

  • Thumbnail image: 1080 x 608 px
This is the preview image shown on the partner list and on their page.

  • Web banner: 2976 x 576 px

A wide-format image for web users, typically used for branding or promotion.

  • Mobile banner: 780 x 200 px
Optimized for smaller screens — this ensures the partner profile looks great on mobile too.

1. Upload Partner Logo

Logo (for light and dark backgrounds): 564 x 216 px on a transparent background

Add both logo versions for visibility on all backgrounds.

GroupOS switches between light and dark themes depending on device settings. This step ensures your partner’s logo looks sharp in every view.

2. Enter Company Name

Just add the full name of the partner company.

This will be displayed as the main title on the partner’s profile and throughout the platform.

3. Add a Short Description

Write one short sentence that explains what the company does.

This shows up in quick previews or search results, giving users a fast summary.

4. Add a Full Description

Here’s where you can go into detail. You can:

  • Highlight key services or offers

  • Tell the story of the partner

  • Add media like images, videos, and links

This section builds trust and gives users a full understanding of what the partner brings to the table.

5. Fill in Company Contact Info

Add the partner’s:

  • Contact name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Website

  • Facebook & LinkedIn URLs

It makes it easy for members to follow up or connect with partners directly.

6. Select Partner Type

Choose how this partner will be labeled:

  • Perk – an ongoing benefit or discount

  • Offer – a specific, limited-time promotion

This helps members understand the value at a glance.

7. Set Visibility

Decide who should see this partner listing:

  • All Members – open to everyone in your community

  • Restricted – shown only to specific:

    • Groups (e.g., local chapters)

    • Plans (e.g., premium tier)

    • Tags (e.g., first-time members)

    • Specific users (uploaded manually)

This gives you full control and helps deliver the right perks to the right people.

8. Assign a Partner Badge

Badges visually differentiate partners (e.g., Gold, Silver, Exclusive).

Badges help rank and organize your partners visually, especially if you have many.

9. Select a Partner Category

Categories let you organize partners by type (e.g., Travel, Tools, Services).

Categories make browsing and filtering much easier for users.

10. Add Tags

Tags let you label partners by interest, audience, or functionality.

Tags help users quickly find relevant partners based on shared needs or themes.

11. Upload the Visuals

Now it’s time to upload:

  • Thumbnail (preview image)

  • Web banner (desktop experience)

  • Mobile banner (for app users)

These visuals make the partner profile feel premium and professional.

12. Create an Offer

If the partner provides an offer or discount, include:

  • Offer value – what’s the benefit (e.g., 15% off)

  • Offer description – a few lines of context

  • How to claim – detailed instructions for redemption

Clear offers drive engagement and help members take action.

13. Save or Publish

  • Create Partner – to make it live

  • Save as Draft – if you’re not ready yet

You can prepare the profile in advance and return to finish it anytime.

That’s it! You’ve now added a full-featured partner profile to your community.

Partners are a great way to boost value, build credibility, and even generate revenue.
