Want to know who’s downloading your documents and how often?
GroupOS makes it easy to stay in control and see exactly what’s happening with your content.
To track document downloads:
Go to the Documents module
Select the Downloaded Documents tab
Here’s what you’ll see:
User Name – Who downloaded your content
No. of Downloads – How many times they downloaded, and which documents
No. of Documents – Total number of different files they’ve accessed
Status – Whether they’re allowed to download (Allowed) or not (Blocked)
Use this data to understand content performance, manage permissions, and protect your valuable resources.
