How to Highlight Posts on GroupOS

Use Posts to spotlight trending conversations, popular updates, or thought leadership pieces already shared in your community or beyond. This is great for boosting visibility and keeping momentum going.

Step 1: Add a Title

Write a clear, compelling title for your post. This is what members will see first, so make it informative and attention-grabbing.

Step 2: Name the Author

Add the author’s name—this could be a member of your team or someone from your community. This helps give credit and context.

Step 3: Provide the Post URL

Link directly to the original post. This could be a GroupOS conversation, blog post, external article, or any content you want to amplify.

Step 4: Set Publish Dates

Control when your post appears:

  • Default is immediate publication

  • Optionally schedule a start and end date/time for better timing or limited visibility

Step 5: Select the Audience

Choose who can see this post:

  • All Members – visible to everyone

  • Specific Groups – limit visibility to a defined segment

Perfect for targeting relevant content to specific teams or members.

Step 6: Set Live

Once everything looks good, click Set Live to publish your post highlight.
